Track718 Fails to Deliver Order and Ignores Customer

On December 1, I placed an order for a pair of basketball shoes on the Way of Wade Turkey website. On December 28, I received a message stating that my order had been delivered, but the product was never delivered to me.

I tracked the shipment through s****@track718.net**, but I did not physically receive the item, and there was no courier delivery to my address and no delivery confirmation or signature. My order number is AX1000972718CD.

Despite trying to contact the company, I have received no response. I neither have my product nor any clear information about what happened. For this reason, I request a full refund for the product that was marked as delivered but never received.
