Track718 Shows Delivered but My International Order Never Arrived

The product I ordered from China to Turkey was shipped through an international carrier and tracked via Track718 with tracking number AX1000789317CD. Even though the system shows the shipment as “delivered” on December 14, 2025, the package never reached me. Although the delivery address is Ümraniye, Istanbul, no courier came to my door and no delivery attempt was made.
After the shipment entered Turkey, I received no notification by SMS or email about which local courier company was responsible for the delivery. I placed the order through https://www.catfootwearturkiye.com/
and paid a total of $90. Despite this, I cannot access my shipment, nor can I get any information about where the package currently is.
I urgently request that it be investigated who received this shipment, to which address it was delivered, and through which courier company. I am demanding that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible, or—if the shipment has been lost—that the $90 I paid be fully refunded.
