€2,000 Track718 Order Marked Delivered but Never Arrived
On December 14, 2025, I placed an order worth approximately €2,000 through Track718. The product was supposed to be delivered to Malatya, Turkey. I waited for around 20 days for the delivery, but no shipment ever arrived.
When the delivery did not take place, I checked the tracking page on the website and saw that my shipment was marked as “delivered.” However, no delivery was made to me at all. No courier came to my address, I was not contacted by phone, and no note was left at my door. The system also does not indicate which shipping company was used, so I cannot find any responsible party to contact.
As a result, I have suffered both financially and emotionally. Despite paying a significant amount, I neither received my product nor found anyone authorized to resolve the issue. I am requesting that the actual delivery status of my order be properly investigated and that my product be delivered to me in full, or—if that is not possible—that the amount I paid be refunded.
Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering pursuing all available legal remedies at an international level to resolve this matter.
