The order I placed through the Alo website was shipped via a company called Track718. I placed the order on December 7, 2025, and the system shows it as “delivered” on January 9, 2026. However, the package never reached me. No delivery was made to my address in Muğla/Bodrum, and no notice was left at my door.
On the date the package was marked as delivered, I did not receive any SMS, email, or phone call notification. The shipment with tracking number AX1000954455CD is missing. I tried contacting Track718 by email, but I have not received any response and cannot reach anyone responsible.
I have neither received my product nor been given any information about the process. For this shipment, which is clearly lost, I am requesting urgent contact, that my product be located and delivered to me, or—if that is not possible—that the amount I paid be refunded. I also request that the company’s processes be reviewed to prevent similar issues in the future.
