I’m experiencing a serious issue while tracking the shipment of a coat I purchased from Alo Store through Track718. Even though my shipment with tracking number AX1000833851CD shows as “delivered” in the system on December 20, 2025, no package was delivered to me. No courier came to my door, and I did not sign any delivery confirmation.
I tried to contact both the shipping company and Track718, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I can’t get any support or explanation. Seeing my package marked as delivered when it’s clearly missing is causing me distress and financial loss.
First and foremost, I want the location of my coat to be identified and for it to be actually delivered to me as soon as possible. If the shipment cannot be found, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.
