My Toyota Yaris Cross Has Been at Service for 9 Days Without a Solution

I left my Toyota Yaris Cross at the Bursa Çavdarlı Plaza service center on August 2, 2025, due to a noise coming from the front suspension while driving at low speeds. Although my vehicle has been at the service center for 9 days, no solution has been offered so far. Unless I contact the service center myself, I receive no updates; and when I do call, I am only told that “our technician is out for a test drive, and another technician will also test the vehicle to make a decision accordingly.” However, I have not been informed of what has been done to the vehicle or what has been tested during these 9 days. I had previously taken the car to the service center twice for the same issue. During the first visit, the steering gearbox was replaced under warranty, but the noise persisted and there was no improvement—meaning the replacement was unnecessary. On the second visit, I was informed that the same noise was present in other test vehicles of the same make and model, but not in vehicles of other models. My car was returned to me without any repairs or action taken. Since the noise still continues, I have now brought my car to the service center for the third time, and still, no clear solution has been provided. I request a clear and definitive decision regarding what will be done about the vehicle. If no action will be taken, I expect an official confirmation stating that this noise is considered normal and that Toyota vehicles of this model produce such a sound. I also demand that this process be concluded immediately.

I bought my car from Bursa Çavdarlı Plaza. Unfortunately, even though they knew there was a noise, they wrote on the delivery form that no noise was detected in the vehicle. But they also told me that they installed a brand new part and did a test drive with the car, and even after installing the new part, the noise was still there, meaning the noise was related to the vehicle itself. If you wrote on the delivery form that no noise was detected in the vehicle, then why did you install a new part and do a test drive? I don't understand this part. No solution was found. There are still clicking noises coming from the front suspension at low speeds. It's a shame.
