Toyota Staff Insensitivity And Indifferent Attitude

I called Toyota Borovalı company in Izmir province on 19/12/2023 to purchase a Toyota Hilux vehicle. The customer representative stated that the vehicle I wanted was available and informed me that he had transferred my information to the sales representative and that he would call me back. When I called the company again, which did not make a call until 21/12/2023, although I explained the issue to Ms. Nilay, the customer representative who answered the phone, she informed me that there were no vehicles left and made no effort to solve the problem I had experienced.
