Toyota Sold Me a Faulty Hillux and Refuses to Fix the Issue

On April 17, 2024, I purchased a brand new Toyota Hillux Invincible from Samsun Toyota Plaza Derindere Koçak. I went to Samsun Toyota Plaza Derindere Koçak several times because I was hearing noises coming from the springs and spring connectors under the vehicle's body. On my first visit, the springs and connectors were washed, but the problem remained unresolved. I was given an appointment for my second visit with the same problem. On my third visit, which was the same day, the vehicle was taken to the service center, but the problem remained unresolved. Despite my fourth visit, I reported a problem with the spring bushings or shock absorbers, but no action was taken, citing the unusual noises. On my fifth visit, following my application on July 14, 2025, the vehicle remained in the service center, and the problem remained unresolved. The vehicle still makes a noise like a oxcart. Naturally, these noises are audible in traffic, diminishing the vehicle's reliability and brand value. My vehicle is still under warranty. A previous complaint I filed against Samsun Derindere due to a failure to adhere to cleaning regulations has led to hostility. As a result, my vehicle's malfunction is not being repaired. I request that the vehicle be inspected by authorized engineers at Toyota Headquarters.
