Toyota Yaris Cross Seat Rust Problem Dismissed by Service



About two months ago, I noticed rust on both the passenger and driver seats of my Toyota Yaris Cross. Since my vehicle is under warranty, I took it to the Aykon Gebze authorized service center. However, the service staff told me this was “normal” and said no action would be taken.
Despite the vehicle being covered under warranty, no solution was provided—no repair or part replacement was performed. I was also not charged any fees during this process, but my problem remains unresolved.
My license plate is 34. I request that the rust issue be fixed and that the affected parts be replaced under warranty.
