I Returned Two Touche Prive Orders but Still Haven’t Got My Refund After 20 Days
I placed two separate orders from Touche Prive on April 14 and April 19, 2025. When the items arrived, they were too small, so I returned both of them promptly. It’s now been over 20 days since I sent everything back, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Not a single ₺ has been credited to my account.
I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one ever picks up. I’ve also attempted to reach someone via their live chat, but that doesn’t work either. It’s as if the company vanishes once they take your money and you ask for it back.
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I followed all the return procedures, sent the items back in perfect condition, and they’ve had more than enough time to process the refund. I urgently expect a response and demand that my refund be issued immediately.
