Touche Prive Sent a Defective Item and Still Hasn’t Refunded My After Return

Touche Prive sent me a defective product, so I returned it on April 9 expecting a prompt refund. But here I am, weeks later, and I still haven’t received a single ₺ back. This experience has been beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve tried calling their customer service many times, but I can never get through to anyone. They also claim to offer WhatsApp support, but that’s a joke. I messaged them in the morning and didn’t get a reply until 4:54 PM—just six minutes before their so-called work hours end at 5:00 PM. And their response? Just a generic message with no help at all.

It’s clear they’re deliberately delaying and ignoring customer complaints. I did my part, returned the defective item immediately, and now I want my money back—period.
