I made a purchase from Touche Prive on April 21 and returned the item on April 26. According to the tracking info, the return was successfully delivered to them. Their system even shows that the return has been approved—yet I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been days, and not a single cent has been credited back to my account.

I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but they completely ignored my messages. Their customer support is beyond disappointing. Even their WhatsApp auto-response claims they’re available until 5 PM, but when I messaged them at 4:56 PM, they used that as an excuse not to respond. Seriously?

Their online shopping and return systems are clearly broken. There’s no transparency, no urgency, and no accountability. This kind of customer service is unacceptable for any brand that expects people to trust them with their money.
