I bought a set from Touche Prive on April 6 and returned it on April 12. It’s now well past the acceptable timeframe, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried calling them multiple times, but no one has ever helped or followed up. Each time I call, I’m stuck listening to their automated system for over 20 minutes—only to never speak to a real person.

This is completely unacceptable. I followed every step of the return process, and yet they’re holding onto my money with no communication and no accountability. I feel ignored and taken advantage of.

If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Enough is enough.
