Total Deleted My Bonus Rewards

Hi, my name is Gorkem Gen*** and my phone number is 0533 373 ****. I have been a loyal customer of Total gas stations for many years, and my account has 300 TL worth of Total points. I change cars a lot throughout the year, and I only use Total for the car I am currently driving. I also let Total know about every car I use. But your customer service rep told me today that my account has been deactivated and that I can't use the 300 TL worth of points I've been collecting for months. I don't buy gas for the car I've already registered and sold; I only buy gas for the car I'm using at the moment. I don't agree with this policy, and I want my 300 TL worth of points and my account to be back up and running as soon as possible. If not, I'll make a complaint everywhere I can and try my best to be heard. This is not alright, and it will make me wonder how much I can trust Total.
