My car insurance policy has been canceled for the remaining 102 days, and a refund of 3,348.94 TL should be made to me. However, this amount has been refunded to a credit card that I closed a long time ago. It has been more than 6 months since this card was closed. This situation has caused a significant inconvenience for me. Due to the refund being made to my closed credit card, I am forced to contact the bank every month to request a transfer from my closed card to my active account. This is unacceptable from a customer satisfaction perspective. Additionally, I have learned that your bank plans to refund this amount in 6 installments. This is completely unjust; I demand that the full amount I paid be refunded to my active account in a single transaction immediately. Refunding to a closed credit card suggests that your bank is acting unethically by using my money for its own benefit. This is highly problematic both legally and in terms of customer rights. I have experienced significant inconvenience due to your bank’s actions. Therefore, I urgently request the following: The refund to be made immediately and in a single transaction to my active bank account, Necessary arrangements to be made to compensate for my current inconvenience, Necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I expect this complaint to be evaluated urgently and a prompt response. If my demands are not met, I will exercise all my legal rights and take this matter to the relevant authorities.
