Brand-New Toshiba 65” TV Has a Dim, Hazy Screen — Company Refuses Replacement
We bought a 65-inch Toshiba TV 15 days ago. The screen looks dim and hazy, and the picture quality is noticeably poor. We’ve called the service team several times, but the company keeps insisting that there is no issue with the TV. They refuse to offer a replacement or a refund. Because of this, we have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. We are definitely experiencing a serious problem and feel completely mistreated.
