Samsung QLED 4K Q70D Tizen OS Smart TV Clouding Problem

I purchased the Samsung "65 QLED 4K Q70D Tizen OS Smart TV on July 16th, and it arrived on the 18th, but after a while, I noticed a clouding issue. When the device works for 3 to 4 hours, the backside becomes hot, and the clouding problem is clearly visible on the TV in an unlit environment. I performed the black test, took a video and a photo, and then decided to request a replacement before returning it. I didn't want to look for a new device, 14 days had not passed since the date of the request I opened, a technical person came and examined the replacement, I showed him the videos, it was clear that the device was in a dark environment, and I told him that it was a problem when it got hot, he said they would probably replace it, but today I discovered that the change had not been approved, and I couldn't return it directly because the 14-day return period had expired. The technical team that did not approve the change has now stated that there will be an investigation into the return, and that my device will be returned as quickly as possible. I demand that it be accepted; otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will proceed to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and fight until the end.
