55-inch LG G 16 TV Display Defect
I bought a 55-inch LG G 16 television ten months ago. Unfortunately, the TV began to display lines on the screen soon after, prompting me to contact the authorized service. They took away the television, and it's been 35 days with no sign of it being returned. If 20 business days pass without resolution, the customer has the right to request a refund or a replacement, according to consumer laws. LG, unfortunately, has refused to send a replacement. I've already filed a complaint with the Consumer Rights Office because LG's actions have caused me a great deal of distress and frustration. The lack of after-sales support is extremely disappointing. My 10-month experience with LG's TV problem highlights the need for better customer service and adherence to consumer rights, and I hope my story serves as a warning to others.
