Persistent Quality Issues with My Toshiba TV 24WA3E63DT



From the day it was installed, my Toshiba TV 24WA3E63DT had a panel defect. I reported it to the service center and sent the TV in for repair. The panel was replaced, but when the TV was returned, the picture quality was poor, and there were frequent screen freezes. The TV is only 4 months old, and due to the poor image quality, we can’t even watch it.
I’ve sent the TV to the service center multiple times, but it keeps getting sent back with the claim that it’s working fine. I need a resolution to this problem as soon as possible, and if necessary, I’m requesting a replacement.
