I recently purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from the Güldeko store in Samsun Atakum. To my dismay, after approximately 2.5 months, the soles of both shoes completely detached. Hoping for a solution, I returned the shoes to the store for an exchange. However, after a month, they returned the shoes, claiming there was no manufacturing defect.
This has left me deeply disappointed, and I'm now considering taking the matter to the Consumer Rights Court for resolution. I urge the prompt resolution of my grievance.
