I Face Peeling Damage on Tommy Hilfiger Loafers After Two Days of Use
About a month ago, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Loafer shoes from the brand’s official online store (Order No: tmy2-913311). After receiving them, I wore the shoes only twice outdoors, and by the end of the second day, the front tip began to peel and show visible damage. I paid approximately ₺6,500, and it’s extremely disappointing for such an expensive product to wear out so quickly.
I submitted a return request, but it was rejected, with the explanation that there was “no defect found.” However, considering the shoes were worn only twice and already show damage, this decision is unacceptable. I handled the product carefully and did not misuse it in any way.
I request a full refund for the defective product and ask that my complaint be reviewed again to resolve this matter fairly.
