Tommy Hilfiger Sneakers Show Wear After Minimal Use – Warranty Denied Without Resolution

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sneakers a few months ago for casual, everyday wear, and I'm disappointed by the poor quality. Despite only using them in mild summer conditions, with no exposure to rain or harsh weather, the outer edges have already started separating. Since the shoes are still under warranty, I sent them in for repair. However, they were returned without any fixes, with a claim that the damage was due to “wear and tear.”
I bought these shoes from Boyner, and it’s frustrating that neither Boyner nor Tommy Hilfiger stands behind the product. They refuse to acknowledge any defect in the shoes, despite the clear signs of poor durability. With the evidence I have, I’m now preparing to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee for a fair resolution.
"My issue has still not been resolved and I have not been contacted."
