I purchased a pair of men’s daily shoes from the LCW Silifke store and have been using them for about 1 month. In a very short time, the soles of both shoes tore from the same spot, which clearly indicates a quality problem rather than normal wear. Since the product has been used for a short period and both shoes are damaged in the same way, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I have not yet applied to the store or customer service, and I am submitting my request directly with this complaint.
