LCW Men’s Shoes Tearing Within 1 Month

I purchased a pair of men’s daily shoes from the LCW Silifke store and have been using them for about 1 month. In a very short time, the soles of both shoes tore from the same spot, which clearly indicates a quality problem rather than normal wear. Since the product has been used for a short period and both shoes are damaged in the same way, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I have not yet applied to the store or customer service, and I am submitting my request directly with this complaint. I request that the defective shoes be taken back and the full amount I paid be refunded. I kindly ask you to process my refund as soon as possible and inform me accordingly.
