Tommy Hilfiger Unresponsive Customer Service Issue
I encountered an issue with a Tommy Hilfiger product I purchased from the store and wanted to file a complaint with customer service. The number I called said it was for online shopping and directed me to call the numbers on the website. For the past week, I have been calling the numbers ending in 4588 and 4569, but no one is answering the phones. Despite submitting a written complaint by email, I have received neither a response nor any feedback. There are two phone numbers, and it seems they are intentionally left unanswered.
I have never faced such an issue with any brand before. The store managers' knowledge of this, and their lack of awareness of how it affects their behavior towards customers, is disappointing. After this experience, I will never shop from a Tommy Hilfiger store again and will pursue all legal actions. This is not about a ₺3-4 thousand product; as a human being, I want to see the consequences for the disrespect shown and have the situation rectified. If necessary, I will write to the European headquarters.
