My Tissot Watch Stopped - Crown Fell Off and Repair Costs Despite Warranty

74

My Tissot watch recently stopped working. When I attempted to reset it by pulling out the crown, it came off completely with the stem, without applying any force or using any tools. Despite the watch still being under warranty, I was quoted a repair cost of ₺8500.
If I had known the watch was of such poor quality, I would have handled it more carefully. What's more frustrating is that they're refusing to cover this under the warranty.
I'm disappointed with both the quality of the watch and the customer service. I expected better durability from a brand like Tissot, and I certainly didn't anticipate such a high repair cost for what seems to be a manufacturing defect.
