Tissot Watch Water Damage – Poor Service Quality

I recently bought a Tissot watch, and despite its reputation, it ended up leaking water. I sent it in for service, and it stayed at the store for about 15 to 20 days. Now, it's been a month at the authorized service center. Every time I call, the same woman answers, and all she says is that they'll fix it once the part arrives from Switzerland. When I ask how long it will take, she just says, "I don’t know, whenever it arrives." Tissot may be a good brand for watches, but their service quality in Turkey is terrible. Instead of a solution, it’s just stress.
