Tissot Watch Water Damage Issue

Normally, I don't like to write on such platforms, but unfortunately, action isn't taken otherwise. My Tissot watch, which I bought from Yükselen Saat in Ankara Vega Subayevleri, took in water and fogged up after a few raindrops hit it. I took it back to the store. They said they don't do exchanges and that it would be repaired. I don't want it repaired. We had specifically discussed its water resistance feature. They also mentioned that it had a warranty and would be exchanged in case of any issues. When I asked for it to be exchanged with a different model, they said it wouldn't be exchanged and would be repaired and sent back. It's been over 20 days, and I have to call them every day.
