My Tissot Seastar Keeps Failing Even After Multiple Repairs

I purchased my Tissot Seastar watch from Konyalısaat about a year ago. A year after purchasing it, I experienced a timekeeping problem and sent it to an authorized service center. The internal mechanism was replaced and repaired. However, about 10 months ago, the same problem resurfaced, and this time, the crown began to move idle after advancing 2-3 hours. Because I couldn't find the time, I couldn't use my watch for about a year. About 15 days ago, I went back to Konyalısaat and filed a service ticket, and my watch was sent back for service. This time, the service center charged me ₺8,800 for repairs (Customer number: 0002086902, Service number: 0230503039). When I called the service center, the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful, claiming the warranty had expired, and hung up. Despite me explaining that I had experienced the same problem before and that the watch kept malfunctioning, no solution-oriented approach was forthcoming. I'm extremely disappointed with the service quality and customer satisfaction approach of a brand like Tissot in Turkey. My watch keeps malfunctioning, and despite previous repairs, the problem remains unresolved. I'm requesting a free repair and compensation for my grievances.
