Tickets.com Won't Give Me a Refund

I recently purchased flights through Tickets.com under the booking reference CV6D15HD. Unfortunately, my experience mirrors the horror stories shared by many others. They sent me an email, notifying me that my paid amount would be refunded as they couldn't issue the ticket. Despite my numerous emails, each response is an automated acknowledgment, claiming that my request is received, etc. However, the refund hasn't been processed, and they've been stringing me along for a week. When I call the customer service number, a person named 'S**' responds. He is disrespectful, offensive, and shouts at me without asking for my identity, reservation, or ticket details, as those are apparently reserved for automated responses. He repeatedly claims they are not responsible.

He instructs me to send an email, so I do, only to receive the automated response that my request is received and will be refunded soon, etc. Why make the refund process so arduous after swiftly deducting the payment? I have to send daily emails to reclaim my money. I vow never to purchase tickets from here again. I can't resolve the issue, finding no point of contact. I deeply regret dealing with this site. I will escalate my complaint to my lawyer, the Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office, the District Consumer Rights Committee through e-Government, TÜRSAB, and other relevant authorities.
