Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue and Poor Customer Service
About a week ago, I bought a ticket for myself, my 16-year-old daughter, and my 16-month-old baby. We had a flight the next day. Due to my father's and my own health issues, we couldn't make the flight. They put my ticket on hold. After sending the necessary documents, I've been talking to customer service for 2.5 hours every day for a week. They are not helping at all. My father passed away and I still haven't been able to go. Due to my financial situation, I tell this to the customer representative I call every day. They don't take me seriously at all. They asked for the same document 15 times. I sent everything, including my father's coffin and death certificate. They still ask for the same documents. I've never seen such a bad company. I don't forgive them. Because of you, I couldn't even attend my father's funeral.
