No Response or Refund from Tickets.com.tr, Why Bother Next Time?

I bought a ticket using their platform and quickly paid for it through a wire transfer. I have the proof of payment. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response, solution, or refund from the company. I on the other hand without my ticket and suffering a financial loss. the level of their lack of responsibility is beyond. I made sure to follow all the required procedures and fulfill my responsibilities as a customer by making the payment promptly. I have tried my best, but I haven't received any acknowledgment or assistance from Tickets.com.tr. I find it really discouraging when a company treats their customers in such a way, demonstrating a total absence of professionalism and responsibility. So now after I get this sorted out, there'll be no next time with you guys.
