I Got a Confirmation from Tickets.com but My Flight Isn’t in the Airline’s System

I received a confirmation message from Tickets.com saying that my flight ticket was approved. However, when I checked the airline's system directly, there is no record of my booking at all. This is completely unacceptable—my flight is scheduled for today, and because of this issue, I won’t be able to board.

I trusted this platform to provide a valid ticket, and now I’m left stranded. I paid ₺ for a service I’m not receiving, and I’m expected to deal with the consequences of someone else’s failure?

This isn’t just a technical glitch—it’s a serious failure that causes real damage. I will be pursuing my legal rights, because this kind of negligence causes financial and emotional stress.

Tickets.com, I demand an immediate resolution: either provide a valid ticket or issue a full refund plus compensation for the inconvenience. You need to take full responsibility and stop leaving customers to deal with the fallout of your errors.
