Thrifty Car Rental Never Refunded My 2,000 AED Deposit

Thrifty Car Rental told me that my 2,000 AED security deposit would be refunded within three weeks to one month. However, more than 40 days have passed, and I still have not received the refund.

When I contacted Thrifty through different phone numbers and messaging channels, I was repeatedly told, "We already processed the refund. Please contact your bank." I checked with my bank, and no refund has been received.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will report it to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and file formal complaints. I am requesting that my 2,000 AED security deposit be refunded without any further delay.
