I’ve Waited 60 Days But Still Haven’t Received My Refund via Adyen

I am beyond frustrated at this point. My refund, which was supposed to be processed through Adyen, has not been deposited into my account — and it’s been 60 days. According to policy, the refund should have been completed within 14 days, yet here I am, waiting two months with no resolution.

I contacted my bank to see if the issue was on their end, but they confirmed that no funds have been received and there is no pending transaction. I’ve also submitted all the necessary documents to support my claim, yet I still haven’t received any assistance or update.

This delay is unacceptable. I demand that my ₺ refund be processed immediately and that someone reach out to resolve this matter without further excuses. I've been more than patient — now I expect results.
