On June 4, 2025, I rented a car from Budget at Dubai Airport through Booking. A deposit of 2,550 AED was charged to my credit card, and I returned the car on June 7. I was told that the deposit would be refunded within two weeks, but today is July 16 and my deposit still has not been returned. Despite sending multiple emails to both Budget and Booking, no solution has been provided. I cannot understand how a deposit cannot be refunded even after 45 days.
