Thrifty Car Rental Deposit Not Refunded Despite Damage-Free Return

I rented a car from Thrifty Car Rental on March 18, 2024, and paid the rental fee using my credit card. I returned the car to the company without any damage, yet my deposit was never refunded. I haven’t received any explanation for the delay or the missing refund. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I’m disappointed with the lack of communication from Thrifty. I expect my deposit to be returned immediately. If the issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Please take immediate action to rectify this situation, as this level of service is unacceptable.
