Thrifty Car Rental Deposit Refund Delayed Over One Month

Thrifty Car Rental told me that my 3,000 AED security deposit would be refunded within three weeks to one month. However, it has been approximately 40 days, and I still have not received the refund.

I contacted Thrifty several times using different phone numbers and messaging channels, but I was repeatedly told, "We already processed the refund. Please contact your bank." I checked with my bank, and there is no record of any refund being received.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report it to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and file formal complaints. I am requesting that my 3,000 AED security deposit be refunded to me without any further delay.
