Alamo Rent A Car Hasn't Refunded My 3000 AED Deposit After Dubai Rental
I rented a car from Alamo Rent A Car at Dubai T1 Airport on November 17, 2024, at 11:00 PM, and returned it promptly on November 24. Despite returning the vehicle exactly as agreed, my 3000 AED deposit has still not been refunded! It's been weeks now, and my repeated emails to Alamo have been completely ignored. Even when I contacted Alamo's global customer service, they were totally unhelpful and offered no real solution. How can a reputable company like Alamo simply ignore a customer's legitimate refund request? I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of response and support. Alamo Rent A Car, I demand an immediate refund of my deposit—stop ignoring customers and fix this issue promptly. Resolve this now or lose customers permanently!
