The North Face Store Refuses Refund for Brand-New Defective Jacket

Six days ago, we purchased a The North Face Nuptse jacket from the StarCity Mall store in Istanbul. When we brought it home and tried it on, we noticed a serious weaving defect on the sleeve. We were very surprised to encounter such a flaw in a brand-new, unused product.
We went back to the store and explained the situation to the store manager. However, we were told that returns are not accepted, and that only exchanges could be made. Unfortunately, since they didn’t have the same model in stock, the exchange was also not possible. We still have the invoice for the purchase.
I am requesting a refund for this defective product and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
