About a week ago, I purchased a The North Face jacket from the Boyner store at Akasya Mall. The first time I wore the jacket in light rain, I noticed that it allowed water to seep through the sleeves and chest area, even though it was advertised as waterproof.

Experiencing this issue after just one use was very disappointing. A product that is marketed as waterproof should not leak even in light rain.

For this reason, I am requesting a full refund for the jacket. I also ask that the issue be investigated and that my complaint be properly resolved.
