I Face Stitching Defect on The North Face Vectiv Taraval

August 9, 2025 10:30 AM16

About four days ago, I purchased a pair of The North Face Vectiv Taraval shoes from the FLO online store (Order No: 32446978191). After a very short period of use, the stitching on the shoes started to come apart. Additionally, there is a noticeable imbalance and asymmetry between the right and left shoe, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect.

I returned the product to the store for inspection, but the result came back as “no manufacturing defect detected.” However, it is impossible for such issues to occur from user error within only 3–4 days of careful use. Since the product is under warranty, and I have fulfilled all return conditions, I am entitled to a refund. I paid approximately ₺3,600 for this item.

I request that my complaint be re-evaluated, and that my refund be issued promptly. I also ask that FLO and The North Face take responsibility for quality control and customer satisfaction regarding defective products.
