I Bought a North Face Down Jacket and Feathers Started Leaking from Holes Immediately

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the North Face down jacket I purchased. Right after I started wearing it, the feathers began leaking noticeably—especially through the inner back panel and the sleeve area, where small holes had formed out of nowhere. These aren’t minor cosmetic issues; the jacket is literally shedding feathers every time I wear it, and it’s only getting worse.

I requested a return, expecting a brand like North Face to stand by its products, but the store outright refused to accept it. This is unacceptable for a premium-priced product. I paid good money—₺ to be exact—for a jacket I thought would last and perform well.

I demand immediate attention to this issue. North Face needs to take responsibility and either approve the return or replace the faulty item without delay.
