The North Face Jacket Covered My Clothes in Goose Feathers - Refused an Exchange
After receiving the jacket I ordered online from The North Face, I wore it once, and my clothing was completely covered in goose feathers. I expected high quality from such a reputable brand, but this was a huge disappointment. I immediately sent it back to the company for an exchange, but they shamelessly refused. Despite paying a premium price, the product turned out to be defective. I will never shop from The North Face again. I called customer service many times, but they provided no explanation and are deceiving people. It is unacceptable for a brand known for its outdoor gear to handle a simple issue so poorly.
They refused the exchange and return, sent the jacket back to me, I wore the jacket again and kept it on for 3-4 hours, I am sharing the result with you visually, please do not give this brand money for nothing.
