The North Face Shoes Caused Discomfort from Day One and My Return Request Was Denied

I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes from your Viaport Marina In Street store. From the very first day of use, I noticed a deformation in the shoe structure that caused my foot to roll inward. This created significant pressure on both my foot and knee, negatively affecting my walking comfort and posing serious health concerns.

I returned the shoes for inspection, but I was informed that no manufacturing defect was found. However, given the very real and immediate discomfort I experienced, I firmly believe this product should be classified as defective under consumer protection laws.

Under my rights as a consumer, I am demanding either a full refund or an exchange for a different product. If my request is not honored, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect The North Face to handle this issue responsibly and resolve it promptly.
