North Face Down Jacket Sheds Feathers—Warranty Denied

I purchased a North Face down jacket from Zey Sport, but from the start, it had feathers coming out. When I mentioned this to the salesperson, they assured me that it would stop after the first wash and that if it didn’t, I could bring it back for inspection.

After the first wash, the feather shedding continued, so I returned it to Zey Sport. At first, they said they would send it for inspection, but later, they called to say my claim was rejected. There are no holes or damage, and I did nothing to cause this issue—yet they refuse to take responsibility.

Zey Sport, fix this! This is a clear product defect, and I expect a repair, replacement, or refund. I will not accept being left with a faulty jacket!
