The North Face Shoes Cause Extreme Sweating—Uncomfortable to Wear
I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes from Etichet at Ankara Optimum Mall about three months ago. Since I own multiple pairs of shoes, I’ve only worn these a few times. However, I quickly noticed that they cause excessive sweating, making them extremely uncomfortable to wear for long periods.
I also own a The North Face jacket, which I am very satisfied with, so I expected the same level of quality from their footwear. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I contacted the store, and they suggested sending the shoes for inspection.
I hope The North Face stands behind its product and resolves this issue properly. Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a fair resolution and do not want to be left with an unusable pair of shoes!
The complaint about sweating in the shoes does not change depending on the weather conditions. I tested it even when the weather was very cold, and unfortunately, it's the same situation. It's a very uncomfortable sweating. Dear The North Face, whose jackets I use with pleasure, please do not damage my loyalty to your brand. Please resolve my grievance.
Unfortunately, the relevant brand did not offer a solution and did not get in touch. They did not stand behind their defective product. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this much.
It was not befitting of The North Face brand. They did not respond, they did not offer a solution! They have the mentality of selling the product and not caring about the rest. They lost a customer... Shame on them.
We have overestimated The North Face brand! They have nothing to do with corporate identity, after-sales support, customer satisfaction, etc.! They did not get in touch... They will probably send their defective products back to the store. They will copy-paste something like 'no defect was found'...
