The North Face Jacket Developed Deformation And Refund Request Denied

On December 29, 2025, I purchased a North Face jacket (model NF0A88Y5JK31) from the SuperStep store located in Kütahya Sera Mall. After using the product for approximately two months, noticeable deformation began to appear on the sleeves. Due to this issue, I sent the product for inspection.

My jacket has been sent for inspection twice, and both times my claim was rejected. Additionally, for the past month, my product has been held by the inspection team without any resolution. While the store staff state that they want to help, they are unable to provide a solution due to the inspection team’s rejection decisions.

I do not believe it is normal for such deformation to occur within such a short period of use. Therefore, I request a full refund for the product.
