The North Face Shoes Bought on Epttavm Tear After Just One Month of Use

On September 12, 2025, I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes through Epttavm for $101. Although I have owned them for nine months, I had only been actively wearing them for about one month when the shoes tore.
After noticing the damage, I first contacted the seller, who told me to go back to the place of purchase and request an inspection. I then called Epttavm, and they asked me to submit my complaint by email. I followed every step and submitted my request, only to be told "we cannot process a return." The fact that Epttavm acknowledges it is not the product's manufacturer yet still fails to offer any clear path to a return or inspection is something I find both baffling and deeply unfair.
I am demanding that the tearing that appeared on these shoes after such a short period of use be formally inspected, and that the findings be communicated to me in writing with a clear, reasoned explanation. If warranted, I am asking that the shoes be classified as a defective product and that my consumer rights be applied accordingly.
