The North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket Leaks Feathers After 3 Wears

In March, we purchased a The North Face Women's 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket from the Süper Step store at Ankara Optimum mall. After wearing it just three times, we noticed that feathers were leaking from one section of the jacket, so we returned it to the store where we bought it to be sent in for inspection.
The inspection concluded that the issue was caused by washing — user error. However, the jacket was only about a month old, had been worn just three times, and had absolutely never been washed. We disputed the finding and requested a second inspection, but the second review came back with the exact same verdict: user error.
I believe Süper Step is pinning the blame on the customer simply because they don't have the same product in stock and don't want to issue a refund. Had we purchased this jacket directly from a The North Face store rather than through Süper Step, I firmly believe we would have received either an exchange or a full refund at the first inspection.
I am demanding that the jacket be replaced with the same product in the same size — or, if that is not possible, that I receive a full refund of what I paid. I refuse to accept that a defect appearing after such minimal use can be blamed on me twice over, and I am calling for the entire process to be reviewed fairly and from scratch.
