I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes from In Street, but the right shoe was noticeably wider than the left one. I immediately took it back to the store, and they issued me a gift voucher after taking back the product. Later, I purchased the same model again in size 39, but I faced the exact same problem.
When I went back to the store, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the product and refused to exchange it. I am very disappointed and feel completely let down. It’s unacceptable for such a well-known global brand to dismiss a defective product and not take responsibility.
